These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website amaycure.com (the “Site”) and any related services offered by AmayCure (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About AmayCure

AmayCure is a medical tourism platform based in Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We provide a directory connecting patients with independent doctors, clinics, and hospitals (“Providers”) around the world, along with trip planning and booking assistance for medical travel.

AmayCure is a directory and facilitation platform only. We are not a medical provider, and we do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a booking request on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts
3.1 Registration

To access certain features — including submitting a listing or managing a booking — you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Provider Listings

Doctors, clinics, and hospitals that register a listing represent and warrant that all information provided (including credentials, qualifications, and contact details) is accurate and that they hold all necessary licenses and authorizations to practice medicine or operate a healthcare facility in their jurisdiction.

4. Listings and Pricing Plans
  • Providers may submit a listing under one of our available pricing plans (Basic, Standard, or Featured), each with its own features, listing limits, and pricing as displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.
  • Paid plans are billed annually and are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.
  • All fees are exclusive of VAT (5%), which will be added at checkout where applicable.
  • AmayCure reserves the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, contains false information, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
  • Listing fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
5. Booking and Trip Requests

When you submit a trip or booking request through the Site, you authorize us to share the relevant information you provide with the Provider(s) you are inquiring about, so they may respond to your request.

AmayCure does not guarantee appointment availability, treatment outcomes, pricing accuracy from Providers, visa approval, or any other aspect of your medical travel. All arrangements, treatments, and agreements made with a Provider are strictly between you and that Provider. AmayCure is not a party to that relationship and bears no responsibility for the medical care you receive.

6. No Medical Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. Content, provider profiles, and any general information provided through the Site are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment decision.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information on the Site.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your credentials or affiliation.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without consent.
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

8. Reviews and User-Generated Content

AmayCure does not currently offer a public review or rating feature on Provider listings. Any content you submit to the Site (including listing descriptions, images, or inquiries) must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on the rights of any third party. You grant AmayCure a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display content you submit for the purpose of operating the Site.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software (excluding Provider-submitted content and third-party content), is the property of AmayCure or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as Stripe for payments). AmayCure is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of listing information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmayCure and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages arising from medical treatment, travel arrangements, or reliance on any information provided by a Provider or on the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

AmayCure’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to AmayCure, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AmayCure, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
